We plan intimate family Thanksgivings at beachfront vacation homes, complete with a personal chef who prepares a traditional feast with Gulf Coast touches — think pecan-crusted Gulf grouper alongside the turkey, sweet potato casserole with local pecans, and key lime pie next to pumpkin.

For larger Friendsgiving gatherings, we coordinate restaurant buyouts or tented outdoor setups that capture the gratitude of the season in a uniquely coastal setting.

Company holiday parties are one of our most popular services from November through January. We plan events ranging from casual beach restaurant buyouts for small teams to grand hotel ballroom galas for hundreds of employees. Our corporate packages include theme design, venue selection, catering, entertainment, and gift or award coordination.

Holiday Party Planning Timeline

The key to a great holiday party is early planning. September is ideal for booking venues and major vendors for December events. By October, your theme, menu, and entertainment should be confirmed. November is for final details, guest management, and decor preparation. Waiting until late November to start planning a December event severely limits venue and vendor availability.
