What's Included in Our Beach Bonfire Packages

Essential Package ($300-$800)

Professional fire pit and safety equipment, beach seating for up to 20 (low chairs and blankets), s'mores station with premium ingredients, ambient lighting (lanterns and string lights), 2-hour duration, setup and complete cleanup, all required permits.

Premium Package ($800-$2,500)

Everything in Essential, plus: upgraded lounge furniture, full catering (Gulf seafood, BBQ, or custom menu), portable Bluetooth sound system, lawn games (cornhole, ladder toss), photography, 4-hour duration, up to 50 guests.

Luxury Package ($2,500+)

Everything in Premium, plus: multiple fire pits, live acoustic musician, full bar service, custom decor theme, professional lighting installation, fireworks coordination (where permitted), up to 100 guests, event coordinator on-site.

Best Beaches for Bonfires

Not all beaches permit bonfires, and regulations vary by county and municipality. We handle all permitting, but the best locations include: designated fire areas in Okaloosa County, Navarre Beach permitted zones, Henderson Beach State Park (with special event permits), private beachfront properties in Miramar Beach and 30A, and Santa Rosa Beach permitted areas.

Permits and Safety

Beach bonfires in Northwest Florida require permits from local authorities. Our team handles all permitting, provides professional fire safety equipment, maintains required setback distances from dunes and vegetation, and ensures complete leave-no-trace cleanup. We carry liability insurance for all bonfire events.

Popular Bonfire Events

Birthday bonfires are our most requested, followed by proposal setups, corporate team retreats, rehearsal dinner after-parties, family reunion gatherings, graduation celebrations, holiday gatherings, and bachelor/bachelorette parties.

Seasonal Considerations

Bonfires are best enjoyed from October through May when temperatures are cooler and humidity is lower. Summer bonfires work but require later start times (after 8 PM) when temperatures drop. We always monitor weather and have backup plans for wind and rain.
